Alliance Graduate School is keenly aware of the need for developing leadership in the area of teaching for a wide range of disciplines in Bible schools and seminaries in the Philippines and Asia. In light of this need we have developed a program specifically geared to train educators at the college level and above. The program is intended to prepare a student broadly in theological education subjects, in educational theory and practice, and in the specialty in which they will be focusing in their teaching assignment. This program is also ideal for those who plan to pursue further academic work at the doctoral level. The student will work with an advisor in the area of specialization, especially for determining the professional specialization courses.

The student has the option to write either a thesis or complete a creative action research project concerning a relevant topic in his/her field. Please consult the program director for more details.
The LIFE requirements for this program have two components, the Professional LIFE and the Teaching Internship.
For the professional part of the program the student should complete the same LIFE requirements as for the program s/he is enrolled in. See the requirements of the specific program.
The student should complete a supervised teaching internship of one semester at a Bible college or school. Please consult the program director for more details.
